Team and One to One Sessions

Our Lumina Spark Team Session is the ideal team building experience.

It is suitable for teams who are new to working together, well-established teams, or those facing collaboration challenges.

This engaging and fully interactive session offers a fun and insightful exploration of each team member's personality. By understanding how we each approach and think about things differently, we can learn to work more effectively together.

The workshop helps to strengthen team dynamics, enhance communication, and foster a more cohesive and productive working environment

The session will:

• Help delegates understand their personal brand 

• Explore what Lumina Spark is and how it can be used it in relationships

• Help team members to gain a better understanding of their team members personality traits and what makes them tick

• Give a good understanding of where your team members go to in times of stress and pressure and managing that

• Give team members the knowledge to apply the Lumina Spark approach to their everyday relationships

• Help team members to generate a 'Lumina Splash’ to take away with them and compare with their team members

Delegates will leave the session with a takeaway pack to help support them to use Lumina Spark in their relationships going forward. 

After the session, we will provide your team leaders with a support pack to use in future team meetings to enable the continuation of the Lumina approach in your organisation.

In addition to the Lumina Spark team sessions we can offer one to one full Lumina Spark psychometric reports and debriefs for your employees.

A full Lumina Spark report reveals your whole personality, providing a unique portrait of who you really are and can increase self-awareness, reveal hidden potential and educate you on how to cope better under pressure.  It provides an accurate and personalised reading of an individual's strengths and developmental areas.

Our experts are qualified practitioners in Lumina Spark and will provide full guidance throughout the process.  We will debrief Lumina Spark reports in a one-to-one setting and put development plans in place to support with ongoing progress and follow up sessions if required.
